The Header Actions Pane in Ledgerely provides essential controls for managing workbooks. It allows users to save, load, and delete workbooks while offering additional customization options for the UI and chart display.
Module Components | Header Actions Pane #
Workbook Dropdown #
- Displays a list of previously saved workbooks.
- Enables users to select and load a specific workbook.
Workbook Name Text Box #
- Users can enter a name for the workbook (Max 25 characters).
- Ensures proper file name validation before saving.
Button Toolbar #
- Buttons are enabled only when an active sheet or workbook is selected.
- Includes actions such as saving, loading, and deleting workbooks.
Functionalities #
Saving a Workbook #
- Click the Save icon to store the workbook.
- File name validation is enforced to ensure uniqueness.
Loading a Workbook #
- Click on the Workbook Dropdown to access saved workbooks.
- Select a workbook to load it into the interface.
- Click the “i” icon to view detailed information:
- Sheet count
- Chart count
- Workbook size
Deleting a Workbook #
- Load the workbook from the dropdown.
- Click the Trash icon to delete it.
- A confirmation popup will appear:
- Clicking Confirm deletes the workbook permanently.
- Clicking Cancel aborts the process.
Additional UI Controls #
- Grid Toggle: Click the Square icon to toggle vertical and horizontal grid lines in the chart wrapper.
- Fullscreen Mode: Click the Maximize icon to enter full-screen mode (Press Esc to exit).
