As Ledgerely is a software as service application, under any circumstances, there is no refund availed for our customers.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Subject to usage or non-usage of Ledgerely application, no customer is entitled to claim refund.
2. In case of interrupted payments, refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are non-refundable:
– Payments made for non-cancellable services or digital products.
– Payments where services are partially or completely rendered.
– Any other circumstances as specified in our terms and conditions.
4. Razorpay Processing Fees
Refunds are processed through Razorpay, and any processing fees charged by Razorpay may not be refundable. Please refer to Razorpay’s terms for more details on their refund policies.
