Ledgerely AI and OpenAI
Ledgerely provides optional AI-powered features that allow users to ask questions about their Ledgerely financial information and receive analytical responses.
To provide these features, Ledgerely may send information relevant to the user’s AI request to OpenAI, which acts as a third-party AI service provider.
Depending on the user’s request, information sent for AI processing may include:

OpenAI states that, by default, inputs and outputs submitted through its API are not used to train or improve its models unless the customer explicitly opts in to data sharing. Ledgerely does not opt in to such model-training data sharing.
